# Pricing

> 200 JPY a month with 50 channel-listener-hours included, then 2 JPY per channel per listener-hour

# Pricing

NOMN REMOTE is 200 JPY a month (about 1.33 USD), which includes 100 JPY of streaming time: 50 channel-listener-hours, where one channel-listener-hour is one channel heard by one listener for one hour. Included time expires at the end of each month and does not roll over. Beyond it, streaming costs 2 JPY per channel per listener-hour, metered by the minute and billed monthly.

Peer-to-peer (Direct) streams never touch our server and are not billed; a listener moved to the relay is billed from that point. The plugin shows your usage live in its **COST** card (see [COST and SESSION](/remote/streaming/readouts)), and your nomn.jp account page shows the month to date.

The free trial includes one free hour of relay per licence and email, with no card needed. See [Licence and free trial](/remote/licensing).

## How a month adds up

Channel-listener-hours are channels × listeners × hours. A month costs 200 JPY plus 2 JPY for each channel-listener-hour past the first 50.

Relay billing counts the channels you send, so **ENCODE AS** lowers the cost of a stream when the listener has fewer speakers than your bus (see [Layouts and ENCODE AS](/remote/streaming/layouts)). Relay is priced the same for FLAC and LOW BANDWIDTH.

A plugin in [RECEIVE](/remote/receiving/receive) and an input on the [mixing page](/remote/receiving/mixing-page) count as listeners of the session they join, billed to that session's sender. A mix streamed from the mixing page, or from a send on your DAW's master, is billed to your licence like any session you start.

Each line gives the hours used, how many of them the plan includes, and the month's total. USD is shown at 150 JPY to the dollar.
