MIDI Routing

RESERVOIR generates MIDI output. To hear sound:
  1. Load RESERVOIR on a MIDI track or instrument track
  2. Route RESERVOIR’s MIDI output to a virtual instrument (synth, sampler, etc.)
  3. Press play — RESERVOIR generates MIDI in sync with your DAW transport
In Standalone mode, RESERVOIR uses its built-in General MIDI synth — you don’t need a DAW. Pick an instrument from the dropdown, hit Generation On, and you’ll hear sound immediately. You can still route output to a virtual MIDI bus to drive external software if you prefer.

Uninstall

Delete the plugin files from the locations listed above. User presets are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/RESERVOIR/ — remove this folder to clear all saved data.
